Two rooms with different temperatures under one roof: a cold one and a warm one.
Task
The client needed a new building that would combine a storage area and a walnut processing line under one roof. It was important to locate the warehouse as close as possible to the orchards, construct the building within a tight timeframe, and ensure compliance with European standards.
The Client's Main Requirements
- Quick installation before the start of the harvest season.

- Logistical convenience—minimal distance from the field to the warehouse;

- Two temperature-controlled rooms under one roof:
- a cold room—for the nut processing production line;
- a warm room—for staff.
Project Description
To solve this problem, we chose prefabricated structures:
- Technical Support: Engineers from “Sklad Service” analyzed the foundation and developed recommendations regarding loads and materials; the client prepared the concrete foundation on their own.
- Building features: a projection for the production line and pits for raw materials.
- Roof: insulated with a double layer of material (equivalent to a 100 mm-thick sandwich panel), with a 22° pitch for reliable rainwater drainage.
