Task
VODALAND requested the construction of a warehouse facility that could be built without altering the existing floor surface. A key requirement was to ensure full operational capability inside the facility, including the use of a gantry crane.





Key Technical Solutions
- Quick Installation: Construction took only 5 weeks thanks to the well-coordinated efforts of the installation team and partners.
- Ventilation: Powerful fans mounted on individual frames were installed to ensure efficient air exchange.
- Lighting and electrical systems: a comprehensive system of interior and exterior lighting was implemented, complete with sensors and connections to the ventilation equipment.
- Crane Gate: A special solution was designed and installed to allow a gantry crane to pass through while still enabling the facility to be completely closed off.

Project Description
A unique solution was implemented for VODALAND—a 12.6-meter-tall prefabricated warehouse, which became the tallest structure of its kind in our portfolio. The main goal was to ensure the continuity of production and logistics processes until the completion of the permanent construction, with the option of relocating the structure in the future.

The warehouse was designed to accommodate a gantry crane that moves along rails between the production halls. The height of the structure allows for the unimpeded movement of loads weighing up to 8 metric tons, while maintaining logistics routes and ensuring access for large vehicles.

Result
- The facility fully meets VODALAND’s production needs in the field of water treatment and engineering solutions. It provides comfortable working conditions, preserves existing production routes, and ensures process continuity.
- The project served as an example of effective coordination among numerous contractors, clear planning, and the team’s high level of professionalism. As a result, a temporary solution was created that is on par with permanent structures in terms of reliability and functionality.
